This year's competition was a winning family affair for some of Westwood's competitors
Luke and Chloe Williams both excelled, Chloe winning the girls Under 5'0 Kumite and Luke winning the Boys Over 5'0 Kumite events.
Matthew and Abigail Poore also took the top spot in one of their events. Matthew, along with Jay Church won the Black/Brown belt Jiyu-Ippon Kumite and Abigail won the Under 11 years Black /Brown belt Female Kata event.
Sisters, Kiersty, Elyssia and Calesse Johnston all placed first in one of their events. Keirsty won the Female Over 5'0" Kumite, Calesse won the Coloured belt Under 11 years Kata and Elyssia paired up with Michael Williams to win the Black/Brown belt Under 11 years Jiyu-Ippon Kumite event.
Well done to the Under 11 years Individual brown belt kata girls and the black belt jiyu-Ippon teams, who took all three places in their events.
