Terms & Conditions
In these terms, references to “we”, “us”, “our” or “WESTWOOD” are to Westwood Karate Academy.
Karate is a physical activity, and by taking part you accept that although reasonable precautions are taken, injuries may occur.
Silver membership allows students to train once in any given week, although missed classes can be made up. e.g. if a student misses training one week, they are allowed to train twice the following week.
Gold membership allows students unlimited training in any classes suitable for their age and grade.
After completing our free trial period, the first month's membership is payable immediately, and thereafter, all membership and licence fees are payable by monthly or annual standing order.
We reserve the right to make changes and cancellations to our class timetable without notice, although every effort will be made to inform students of any changes as soon as possible.
All junior and adult members must hold a current Traditional Shotokan Karate U.K. licence. The association licence provides insurance and membership of TSKUK.
Charges for training, gradings, licences, competitions, etc are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should a member stop training, it is their responsibility to cancel all standing orders in favour of Westwood Karate Academy.
All fees, terms and conditions are subject to change.
