Westwood Karate Academy helped TSKUK top the Legend Open medal table, with Westwood members winning gold in 13 events, 9 silver and 10 bronze.  Well done everyone.

Senseis Takahashi and Sasa visited TSKUK for a fantastic 2 day Course. We were hosts at our Canvey dojo for day 1 before travelling up to Norwich for the second day.
Our members enjoyed two days of brilliant traditional Japanese karate training.
