FAQ
What is the age range?
We accept children from 4 years of age, and adults of any age can enjoy karate.

What should I wear?
To take part in training you'll need to wear loose clothing such as a T-shirt and jogging bottoms/leggings etc, and we train with bare feet.

Do I need to get fit first?
You don't need to be super fit to start karate training. Your fitness will improve as your karate improves. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before training.

Can I watch my child?
Parents are welcome to stay and watch the class
